Before Your Appointment

• Bring your referral form if provided by your dentist.
• Please inform our staff if you are pregnant or suspect that you may be pregnant.
• Remove jewellery, glasses, dentures, and removable metal objects before imaging.
• Arrive a few minutes before your appointment for registration.

During the Scan

Most examinations take only a few minutes to complete. Our trained staff will guide you through the entire process and ensure your comfort throughout the examination.

Radiation Safety

Patient safety is our highest priority. We utilize modern digital imaging technology and follow radiation safety principles to ensure that every examination uses the lowest radiation dose necessary while maintaining excellent image quality.

Pregnancy Information

If you are pregnant or believe you may be pregnant, please notify our staff prior to your examination so that appropriate precautions can be taken.

Children

Children frequently undergo dental imaging for orthodontic assessment and growth evaluation. Our staff are experienced in helping younger patients feel comfortable during their visit.

Report Collection

Depending on the type of examination requested, images and reports may be provided directly to the patient or sent digitally to the referring dentist.
